Quick Answers

My card is hidden — what do I do?
Your card was hidden because it received enough community reports to cross the auto-hide threshold. You'll see a notice on your My Card page. Contact us at contact@hungerdata.com with your account details and we'll review it promptly. Admins can restore your card if the reports were false.
How do I delete all my data?
Use the Delete Account option in the app (avatar menu → Delete Account). This immediately and permanently removes everything: your card, card images, reports, and block list. No need to contact us — it's instant and irreversible.
I found a card that shouldn't be there — how do I report it?
Use the in-app report feature on the card. Sign in, tap the card menu, and select "Report". Choose a reason and submit. If multiple users report the same card, it will be automatically hidden. For urgent cases, email contact@hungerdata.com.
Is there an admin panel I can access?
The admin panel is available to platform administrators only. If you're an administrator for a MapMyCard deployment and need access or setup assistance, contact us at contact@hungerdata.com.
